How are BANDZ different?  

BANDZ started with (and is our best seller) the Standard Performance, which is a double layered headband. The double lining allows for a great fit and optimal sweat absorption.

How do I wear it?

BANDZ can be worn in multiple ways. We suggest our Standard Performance and Single Layer headbands be partially worn on your forehead to take advantage of the grip/texture of your skin to keep them from slipping.  

Are BANDZ machine washable? 

Yes! We suggest washing your BANDZ with delicates and air drying to ensure the longest life of your purchase.  

Do you have BANDZ for kids?  

BANDZ are One Size Fits Most! The polyester/ spandex combination of material allows for a comfortable stretch to fit most head sizes without being restrictive. We’ve had kids as young as 6 years old. An alternative way to wear them for a smaller fit would be foldering them over to be not as wide.

Can I put BANDZ in my subscription box? 

We love subscription boxes! Please email info@bandzwear.co with details about your subscription box and how we can be included! 

Do you offer custom BANDZ? 

Yes, absolutely! Please see our Custom BANDZ page to get the scoop! 

How can I get BANDZ at my event? 

We’d love to hear about your event and hopefully be a part of it! You can email any details to info@bandzwear.co! 

Payment & Delivery

How soon will my order ship? 

Orders will ship out within 3 business days. During holidays and sales please allow up to 5 business days. 

Can I pick up BANDZ in person? 

Currently, our office and warehouse is attached to Burg CrossFit in St. Petersburg, FL. There is a “pick up” option available at checkout if you’d like to stop by! Feel free to get your BANDZ and even catch a workout!  

Are refunds/exchanges available?  

  • Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days from the day you received your order. If you need to request an exchange or refund please contact our team at info@bandzwear.co for instructions. 
  •  Items purchased while on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds or exchange.  

Do you ship internationally? 

We do offer international shipping from the USA. Shipping options can be found on the checkout page! 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? 

If your package is lost or stolen please contact the shipment carrier first. If your issue has not been resolved after speaking with them please contact our team at info@bandzwear.co

Do you offer a discount to military and other types of important community members? 

Yes! We use GovX ID to verify active duty and retired military, first responders, and educators! Please see the GovX ID button on our “Shopping Cart” page! 

How do I use a BANDZ Gift Card? 

Gift cards are redeemable at Checkout! Simply add your Gift Card code and remaining balance, if any, will appear.
